1. Lawful use only

You may not use Vision Host to break applicable laws, including Indian law and the laws of countries where your users are located. Illegal content, fraud, trafficking, and unlicensed copyright distribution are prohibited.

2. Network & security abuse

• Launching or relaying DDoS, port scans, or intrusion attempts
• Operating open proxies, anonymous abuse networks, or malware C2
• Brute-forcing third-party services or harvesting credentials
• Interfering with other customers on shared infrastructure

3. Resource misuse

Do not intentionally overload CPU, disk, or network beyond fair use for your plan (cryptocurrency mining on game plans, endless stress tests without approval, or storing unrelated bulk archives). VPS customers must still respect noise and abuse limits.

4. Game & Discord communities

Harassment, hate content that violates law, phishing bots, and scam Minecraft servers are not allowed. You are responsible for plugins, mods, and bot code you run. Child sexual abuse material is strictly forbidden and reported to authorities where required.

5. Email & messaging

Unsolicited bulk email (spam) and purchased lead spam via our network are prohibited. Transactional mail for your own apps must comply with anti-spam laws.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate reports, throttle abusive traffic, suspend services, or terminate accounts. We may preserve logs for abuse handling. Questions: Contact or [email protected].
