Vision Host operates a strict no-refund policy. All purchases, upgrades, and renewals are completely non-refundable under any circumstances.
1. Non-Refundable Services
All of the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Discord Bot Hosting plans
- Lavalink Hosting plans
- Minecraft Hosting plans
- Database Hosting plans
- Any upgrades or plan changes
- Renewals and recurring charges
- Promotional or discounted purchases
2. Why No Refunds?
- Resources are provisioned instantly and cannot be un-allocated
- Infrastructure costs are incurred immediately on purchase
- Free trials or demos are available - test before you buy
3. Account Suspension & Termination
No refund will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Accounts suspended for ToS violations: No refund
- Accounts terminated for abuse: No refund
- Service cancelled mid-cycle: No partial refund
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate permanent account ban and potential legal action.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first - we are happy to resolve genuine issues.
5. Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy. By purchasing any Vision Host service, you acknowledge and agree to this zero-refund policy.
