3. Payment Terms
- Payments due at start of each billing cycle
- Prices subject to change with 30-day notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated in Refund Policy
Vision Host operates a strict zero-refund policy. All purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- All services are non-refundable once payment is processed
- No partial refunds for unused billing periods
- No refunds for account suspensions or terminations due to ToS violations
- No refunds on promotional, discounted, or free-trial upgraded services
- No refunds if service is not used after purchase
- Disputes or chargebacks will result in permanent account ban
